Karen has a passion for growing and using fresh, local ingredients and spreading the word about freshly prepared foods. She is committed to providing students with scratch-cooked foods from local farms within budget and engaging the entire school community through food initatives.

Karen worked in the contract foodservice management industry, focusing on K12 marketing and communications, for many years prior to starting Creatif Leaf Marketing in 2015.
